ALL WINGS
ONE SYSTEM
Five rods, one knot language. Braid to leader is always FG (or DU in the dark). Terminal is UNI unless the tag says otherwise. Every junction in this book is tagged; every tag has a page.
NIGHTLY
Re-tie the FG and every terminal knot. Rinse reels, pliers, and opened boxes; dry; treat pivots (G6 ritual). Recharge Gulp in its juice. Log the session while it's fresh: date · loadout · spot · tide · what worked · what failed · reorder flags.
BEFORE ANY WATER
NJ Current chart at the FHQ counter; circle hooks with bait; registry per person 16+.
PA License + trout permit per angler; special-reg sections checked PER STREAM in the Summary book.
HANDLING
Wet hands. Fast releases. Warm water = shorter fights, firmer drag. Teeth get the gripper. Wild fish and small streams get treated like the whole show — they are.
THE LINE THAT MATTERS
Fish the tide, not the clock. Fish the seam, not the middle. First drift counts double. Slower than that.
